The recently completed Metropol Parasol by J. Mayer H. Architects, is a redevelopment of the Plaza de la Encarnacíon in Seville, Spain. It is not only a stunning and beautiful piece of organic architecture, it is also the world's largest timber structure, covering 5,000 square metres.
